Curb appeal should be important to all homeowners, not just the ones looking to sell their homes. It’s that important first impression that we want to impart to our visitors whether it’s family, friends or potential buyers.
It doesn’t take a lot of money to spruce up the place - only a little time. Here is a list of some simple things you can do that will go a long way to say that you are a proud homeowner:
New mailbox
Wash windows
Paint the front door trim
A wreath for the front door
A door knocker
Bird feeders
New house numbers
Fresh mulch
Update outdoor lighting
