As a homeowner I’m sure that you realized early on that everything about your home has to be taken care and at some point replaced. Of course, that includes your roof which is a very costly replacement!!
I found a good article on the Budget Dumpster website ( budgetdumpster.com) with a list of items for roof maintenance and next steps to take including what to do when it’s time to replace.

Look for leaks in ceilings and the attic
