The summer all of a sudden seems to be fast forwarding to the end. It’s State Fair time, the Renaissance Festival will be starting and Labor Day is only 2 weeks away!
I was looking for an outing for my family that we haven’t done before and came across the Twin Cities River Rats. This is a nationally ranked water ski team and they put on shows throughout the summer. The good news is they still have 2 more shows this season, August 24 and 26, and they are free!!
The shows are in North Minneapolis at West River Road and Broadway (1758 West River Rd N). Parking is free too. Bring your own chairs and blankets. Plenty of nearby places to eat and drink. Get there early to get to the best spot for viewing the face paced entertainment.
I think this might be one of the best ways to enjoy a beautiful Minnesota summer evening. I am hoping we get there!
