Parade of Homes Twin Cities

This has been the never ending winter here in Minnesota. March 20th is officially the start of spring and we still have a long way to go before we can throw open the windows.

I have a suggestion, if you haven’t already thought of it, which might get you off of the couch. If you are toying with the idea of making a move this year or are looking for new ideas for your existing home, you may like to take in the Twin Cities Parade of Homes which runs through  April 2, 2023 and open Thursdays-Sundays, Noon-6pm. You can plan your tour online at https://www.paradeofhomes.org/tour-planner/. Also, printed tour guides are available at Holiday Stations and Kowalski’s Markets in and around the Twin Cities.

If you are getting serious about looking at homes and would like to discuss the current housing market, I would love to hear from you. Together we can come up with a plan for your next move.
